Privacy Policy

Effective July 12, 2026 · aperturechat.com

This website is the product information site for Aperture Chat, a self-hosted enterprise AI workspace offered under a commercial source license by Matthew Lopez ("we", "us"). This policy describes what this website does — and deliberately does not do — with visitor information.

What we collect

Third-party resources

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and user agent as part of serving the font files. No other third-party resources are used.

The Aperture Chat software

The Aperture Chat platform itself is self-hosted by each licensee on their own infrastructure. We do not operate, access, or receive data from licensee deployments. Provider API keys, chat content, documents, knowledge bases, and audit records in a deployment belong to and remain with the organization running it.

Data requests and contact

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
