Aperture Chat is open source under the MIT License. Anyone, including individuals, nonprofits, and companies, may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell it, privately or publicly.

Distribution

Include the copyright notice and the MIT permission notice in all copies or substantial portions of the software. Nothing else is required: no attribution inside the product, its interface, or its README.

Commerce

Commercial use is allowed without restriction, including selling, hosting, supporting, white-labeling, and reselling AI-model usage.

Branding and warranty

Forks may use their own product name and visual identity. The software is provided as-is, without warranty. The repository license controls if any summary differs.
